According to Hindu mythology, it is said that Kedarnath Dham was built by Pandavas to please Lord Shiva by doing forfeit in Kedarnath and relief from the guilt of killing their relatives. Lord Shiva was pursued by the Pandavas as he didn’t want to meet them and took the form of a bull. It is said that Kedarnath is the spot where Lord Shiva disappeared as a bull. On being known by the Pandavas, Lord Shiva dove underground from the spot, where Bhim could only manage to get hold of his hump. Other body parts of Shiva in the form of a bull showed up at different places.The temple at Kedarnath is said to be built at the spot where the hump of the bull is believed to have appeared.
The holy Dham of Lord Vishnu Badrinath is situated at a height of around 3100m, located in the lap of the Garhwal Himalayas near the bank of river Alaknanada. This holy town is located between the mountain ranges of Nar and Narayana. It is believed that in the 8th century sage Adi Shankaracharya built this temple. Apart from being a significant part of Chardham, Badrinath Dham is also one of the holy 108 Divya Desams which are devoted to Lord Vishnu, the sacred shrines for Vaishnavas (adored as Badrinath).
Due to government regulations, it is essential to change the helicopter at Guptkashi / Sersi / Phata and take the shuttle service to Kedarnath Dham. On arriving at the destination you will meet the ground staff members who will take you to a Kedarnath Temple. There, you will be provided with the slip for VIP darshan so that you can complete your darshan quickly, avoiding the long queue. Since the weather in Kedarnath remains uncertain, it is advised you complete your darshans within 1.5 hours and get back to the helipad.
The Badrinath Dham is just 1 km away from the helipad and from there our ground staff will take you to the temple by car for VIP darshan. Then, after completing the darshan, you will be taken back to the helipad to fly to your final destination Dehradun.
Note: The exact details of the Do Dham Yatra are given before the departure day. The above-mentioned things are tentative and can be changed according to the timing and operational system. Additionally, due to changes in weather or any operations things can be changed at the last minute also.

There you will be welcomed by our ground staff who provide you with the pre-flight briefing in the waiting lounge and then you will board the aircraft. After reaching the Guptkashi helipad of Kedarnath as per govt. norms you have to take a shuttle service for Shri Kedarnath Ji Shrine which is a 7 mins ride. From Kedarnath Helipad, the temple is 5 minutes walk. Here Pandit ji will accompany you and take you for the VIP darshans of the Dham. Completing the Poojan and darshan, you again fly back to Guptkashi helipad, where you will have lunch and stay overnight in the hotel near the Mandakini River.

In the morning after having breakfast, you will be transferred to Guptkashi Helipad to fly to your next holy Dham. On your arrival at Badrinath Helipad, our team will meet and greet you there. From the helipad first you will be taken to the hotel for check-in and have lunch there. Later on, move out to visit the Badrinath Temple for VIP darshan. Return back and move out for sightseeing in Mana Village. The village is considered the last village of India as from there the China border starts. Dinner and overnight stay.

After having breakfast in the Badrinath Dham, you are taken back to Dehradun. In between the traveling time, you can enjoy the view of the Dehradun from the heights, specifically, the picturesque scene of the confluences which is an eye-catching view for nature lovers. The helicopter flies between green valleys of abundant forests and over five convergences like Nanda Prayag, Dev Prayag, Rudra Prayag, Vishnu Prayag, and Karna Prayag.
